Movement for joy and for exercise has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It started back with my first dance class as a young girl, and between dance, sports, triathlons, resistance training and general outdoor recreation, physical activity has been a constant in my life.
After being a middle and high school teacher for nine years, I decided to focus on a different field of teaching which involves helping others to experience the joy and benefits of physical activity. I am a NASM certified trainer and nutrition coach, certified yoga instructor, certified Spin instructor, trained in TRX suspension training, and a previous dance instructor. I also do wellness consulting for Camp Dudley.
I live in Westport, NY with my husband and my three very active children ages 23, 21 and 19.
